Paul Madden, Business Development

Paul Madden has had a long career in the large yacht industry that includes representing shipyards such as Blohm+Voss, CRN (Ancona) and Stabbert Maritime (Seattle); as well as managing Camper & Nicholsons in Mexico. He received his MBA from Boston University School of Management in Brussels and is a former Vice President of The International Superyacht Society.

His company, Paul Madden Associates LLC operates vessels into Cuba under a specific US Treasury License.

John Spencer, President

John is the former CEO of Merrill-Stevens Shipyard in Miami. He has a B.A. in business administration from the University of Minnesota and 30 years of marine industry experience. Prior to running Merrill-Stevens, John was a senior service manager at Rybovich/Spencer and at Palmer Johnson and Hinckley Yachts’ six shipyards.
